- Former employee, working at medical facility of large company, alleged she was constructively terminated because of her complaints of improper allocation of medical staff and the use of discriminatory criteria. Former employer asserted that the company had legitimate business reasons for the decisions it made regarding deployment of medical staff. Despite diametrically opposed positions, successfully settled immediately prior to trial.
